I have used Eurocarparst for a few years because there is no alternative locally. Both in store and on the phone the staff are unbelievably arrogant. They seem to know they have no local competition. The staff talk like plastic gangsters and are difficult to understand. It has got to the stage that I will search for an alternative however far or pricey as I feel like a mug giving them any more of my money. Note on Sitejabber they have one star average but on Trustpilot the have four and a half! They bombard Trustpilot with fake reviews but don't bother with sitejabber.

Ordered parts online, wrong part delivered, went to Woodford store and after waiting 1 hour in a queue was refused a refund because i did not have a paper receipt. I had proof of purchase and my online account order but the staff member was on a power trip and flatly refused. Attitude was worst i have ever seen. Never again. I will tell everyone how badly i was treated.

We ordered a new car battery on line next day delivery and a brilliant discount excellent service



Cant give a 0 or I would. Brought a bulb that caught fire after just 2 days causing £170 worth if damage to my vehicle. Tried talking to branch weren't interested and been trying to complain to Head Office for 7weeks and getting nowhere!! Will never use Euro Car Parts again.

Not for me, At checkout opted for next day deliver which was an extra charge but it never arrived took another three days.When I contacted them they took another two weeks to respond.


Great choice of products, competitive prices. Though I picked my order up and the guy before me took about 15 minutes as his order couldn't be found on the shelf and with only 1 member of staff the wait was rather annoying. Probably stick with the free delivery!

Despite my never knowingly giving them permission Euro Car Parts have been inundating me for years with adverts in the form of push notifications via Google Chrome, which I'm fairly certain is illegal. This was becoming very irritating and I recently had to complain twice before receiving a response, where I was told that this would be dealt with, and I also gave a negative response and explanation when asked if I was satisfied as weeks later the adverts are still coming. Not knowing much about push notifications I had to waste yet more time researching what these things are and how they can be blocked, which I have just done, so hopefully I will receive no more of their annoying rubbish.

Great prices on products , very fast delivery literally next day , but customer service is appalling still waiting for a reply to my query 3rd week gone by , still no reply regarding products on there website But if you know what your getting would deffo recommend euro car parts

Goods paid for on 20 April 2020 not received by 24 November 2020. I have emailed them several times and have not heard back. Still no reply or refund. Stay away from this company
